📘 1. Introduction

📘 2. Sale and Delivery

All sales are concluded at Yellow Metal SA's premises. Ownership transfers upon full payment.

Quotations are valid for the specified period and subject to stock availability.

Freight and courier charges are excluded unless explicitly stated.

 

📘 3. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed upon receipt of full cleared payment in ZAR, unless agreed otherwise.

Payment of an invoice confirms acceptance of these terms.

Yellow Metal SA may adjust prices for accuracy before order acceptance.

 

📘 4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returned goods must be unused, unfitted, in original packaging and condition.

Returns are at the buyer’s expense and subject to a 30% handling fee.

Non-refundable: correctly supplied parts, electrical components (unless faulty), used items (unless under warranty), and special imports.

 

📘 5. Warranties and Limitations

Standard warranty: 3 months / 500 hours, unless stated otherwise on invoice.

Electrical parts are only warranted for manufacturer faults.

No warranty on secondhand or reconditioned goods. Buyer accepts 'as is, where is'.

 

📘 6. Delivery and Risk

Risk passes to buyer once goods are handed to courier. Freight delays or damage are buyer’s responsibility.

Freight costs are non-refundable.

 

📘 7. Liability and Force Majeure

Yellow Metal SA is not liable for direct/indirect damages or loss caused by use of goods.

Not responsible for delays due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, disasters, or transport issues).

 

📘 8. Website Use and Registration

Use of the website is conditional on acceptance of these terms.

Only legally permitted individuals (18+) may register. Fraudulent registration is a criminal offence.

Users are responsible for securing their password and all activity under their account.

 

📘 9. Electronic Communication

By engaging online or via email, you consent to receive communication electronically from Yellow Metal SA.

These communications satisfy legal writing requirements.
