Refund Policy
🧾 1. Returning a Product
Customers may cancel a transaction within seven (7) days of receiving a product or service, provided the item is eligible for return.
If you choose to return a product, it must be:
In its original, undamaged condition
Accompanied by all original packaging and documentation
Accompanied by a written notice confirming your decision to cancel the transaction
Returns must be delivered to Yellow Metal SA or one of our authorised agents.
💰 2. Recovery of Direct Costs
Yellow Metal SA reserves the right to recover reasonable direct costs associated with the return. These may include:
The original delivery costs to the customer
Return shipping costs back to Yellow Metal SA or our authorised agents
Administrative or service cancellation costs associated with the order
These costs may be deducted from any refund due or, where necessary, invoiced separately. This ensures fairness and accountability for expenses incurred during the order and return process.
🔁 3. Additional Return Conditions
Parts and equipment must be checked for correctness upon delivery or collection at our main facility:

❌ Non-refundable Items:
Parts supplied correctly
Electrical parts/components (unless covered by a manufacturing fault)
Used parts (unless specified in the supplier's warranty)
Special orders or imported goods
✔ Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery, at the purchaser's expense. The goods must be in original packaging and condition and not fitted.
💸 A handling fee of 30% of the value of returned goods will apply.
⚠️ Electrical components are only covered for manufacturing faults, and refunds will not be granted for defects.
